1. Attend All Meetings of Alexandria Open Space Advisory Group
2. Participate at City Earth Day Event (April 25, 2009)/Other Events As Scheduled
3. Continue to Develop Template for City web page for Open Space Programs
4. Continue Implementation of Open Space Plan with emphasis on following:
Clermont Cove (work with VOF)
Monticello Park (Hayes as possible “ambassador”)
Yates Property
Holmes Run (presentation to relevant civic association)
5. Quarterly Meetings/Written Updates to City Liaison
6. Conduct Two Restoration Projects (one Spring, one Fall)[See Below]
7. Conduct Two Alexandria Kayak Trips This Summer [See Below]
8. Distribute Two NVCT Publications (Annual Report/Newsletter)
9. Fall Easement Event for Targeted Property Owners
10. Explore Options for Preservation of Cemeteries
11. City to Provide Contact Information to Pursue Large Institutional Owners
12. Presentation to Trade Association Based in Alexandria
13. Deliver Annual Report (July 30, 2009)
14. Deliver Audited Financial Statements (September 2009)
