Re: Virginia Ada Hogan and Frederick Hogan and $900 trust dated 11 July 1931
It is “necessary to advertise the Hogan property under the above deed of trust, prepared by you, in which George E. Warfield and yourself are trustees.”
7 June 1933 Letter from George H. Rucker Co., Clarendon VA, to Aston C. Jones agreeing to hear Hogan foreclosure sale on 20 June. Rucker suggests that Jones send copy of letter to Richard L. Ruffner “who is very much interested in property close by,” as well as Dr. Thomas F. Dodd and Mr. Brookings, owner of the corner property not far away, and to V.C. Donaldson asking him to put a copy of the advertisement in his store, which is at corner nearby.

In case I leave any money after debts be paid give to daughter Harriet Hyman $5. In case no money is left no bequest to be.
