1. Provide regular police patrols within Marlboro Estates and periodic park ranger foot patrols in Fort Ward Park.
2. Eliminate garbage dumpsters within Ft. Ward Park maintenance area.
3. Regularly maintain area between cemetery and intermittent stream.
4. Regularly maintain the quality of the property line between park and the neighborhood.
III. Specific Homeowners Concerns
City-wide brush and garbage collection, storage and transfer
Intrusions of family-privacy by workers looking and staring
Health (i.e. rats and odors)
Noise and Appearance (i.e. extreme ugliness of the area
Incompatible uses (i.e. expansion of the dumpsters and maintenance yard adjacent to residential properties, historic park and cemetery)
